The Goods
Here’s the truth- losing weight is hard. Not only is it hard, it involves a lot of work.
Here’s another truth- you don’t need a tailored program to lose weight. You need a program that holds you accountable. You need a program that helps you identify your eating habits. You need a program that actually gives a crap and doesn’t just throw meds at you and send you on your

This is where our program fits in. We don’t have fancy eating or exercise routines, because that isn’t sustainable. While we do provide appetite suppressants and vitamin injections, they are only used as a short-term aide as you begin to learn better habits.
Plus there’s the nutritional guidance thing... yeah, we do that too.
Phase I -- Initial Evaluation: $119 (Medications Included)
Your eval is a scheduled appointment where you meet Dr. Kroll and get to know our program. The fee includes your First week of medication and vitamin injections . We also do an EKG and draw some blood to ensure your ticker, along with everything else, is working alright.
Phase II -- Weekly Weigh-Ins: $39 (Medications Included)
Weekly weigh-ins don’t require an appointment, you can pop in anytime during our business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 7:45-5:15. It is important that you come in at least once a week so we can ensure the diet is going ok.
Phase III -- Maintenance: $10 per week
Once you reach your goal weight, we have a program designed to maintain all the work that you just put into your new fab body. We gradually transition your diet to one that is sustainable without appetite suppressants and guide you until you feel comfortable doing it on your own.
Eligibility
There are certain criterion that can prevent your participation using Phentermine HCl, our
appetite suppressant. Men and women between the ages of 16-60 that need to lose at least 30lbs are eligible to participate. There also should be no medical history involving heart, kidney, or liver conditions. Anyone with medical issues may need medical clearance prior to enrollment.

Semaglutide is an FDA approved weekly injectable that mimics a gut hormone (GLP-1) and has been shown to be effective at reducing appetite, minimizing food cravings, and improving blood sugar.

We start all of our patients at a low dose and gradually work up to the full dosage. This gives the body time to adjust to the medication and may help reduce common side effects, such as nausea and diarrhea.
Weekly weigh-ins don’t require an appointment, you can pop in anytime during our business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 7:45-5:15. It is important that you come in the same day every week so you can receive your injection and ensure the diet is on track.

Semaglutide is not intended for use if you have any of the following:
• Family history of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma (MTC) - a rare form of thyroid cancer • Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome Type 2
• Known allergy to semaglutide
• Currently breastfeeding or have a plan to breastfeed
• Currently pregnant
